About the Space
Private studio suite located in high rise downtown apartment. Views create a perfect backdrop for photographers and videographers. This suite is ideal for photography, videography, podcasters, and content creators. The space is truly multifunctional and limited by only your imagination. This suite is 730 sq. ft. comfortably holding 8 guests. This space is also suitable for group coaching or therapy sessions, small business/company offsite meetings, and intimate dinners (hello private chefs!). The bedroom is approximately 120 sq. ft. and can be transformed to accommodate your needs. With your booking you'll have access to paper and cloth backdrops, basic lighting equipment (strobe and continuous), small props, a dressing room area with a full length mirror and make-up chair, and a complimentary snack bar. Rated 93 walk score which makes this this location great to walk downtown and shoot/film.

First time using Peerspace and I must say the experience was terrific. I found a Downtown Private Creative Suite that Amanda had. Who by the way was great to work with and could not be any nicer. From me booking all the way to the day of my shoot, she confirmed the location, time, and discussed plans with. Asking questions, to make sure I had everything I needed and was set. The day of the shoot. She helped transport our equipment and was available to our questions. The studio was just as advertised and clean, had some snacks and drinks provided which was such a nice touch but thoughtful as well. There is a beautiful view! Perfect natural lighting and had use of equipment. The space can meet the demands of many types of photoshoots- it was well worth my time and effort planning a shoot with her and I recommend her space for booking. I’m already looking ahead at her calendar to book my next one!!!

Amanda was such an amazing host. I will absolutely utilize her space in the future with clients. She was an excellent host and exceeded my expectation by going above and beyond. She had a red wagon to transport some of our heavier production equipment up to her beautiful, high-rise space. Any questions we had, we were able to reach her within seconds via text. An added bonus, we did not ask, but she delivered figuratively and literally. Our clients had some wings that they could snack on and some ready-made coffee for when the energy got low during a long production day. Don’t even hesitate to book with the space because TXV Studios won’t in the future.
