COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is cleaned and sanitized with Lysol disinfectant cleaner and Microban/Lysol Spray as well as Tide Fabric Sanitizer for upholstered furniture.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to this single-famiy City Chic Twin Home, which offers a direct view of an arboretum from its bright sunroom. From the sunroom, step into a spacious 300 square foot living room of glam with a beautiful white stone fireplace as its focal point. The recessed lighting brings additional brightness, along with the stain glass windows. A great area for photoshoots and small gatherings. The home features hardwood floors that compliment the decor in each room. There is a 600 square foot finished basement with a huge sectional, entertainment center and a full bath. Perfect for a game night, karaoke night or other small affair. The space offers outdoor living on the furnished deck that has a large gas/charcoal grill, which is accessible from the first floor kitchen. The second floor offers a 120 meditation room that has decor and colors for calming meditation, yoga or private cozy storytime. There is free off-street parking in the private 4-car driveway and backyard that is perfect for hosting an outdoor affair for up to 50 people.

General Rules

No smoking in the building or within 20 feet of the building. If smoking outdoors, then all cigarette butts, etc are to be disposed of properly. Caterer affiliated with property, however, outdoor catering permitted. No alcohol after 9 pm. No pets. No guests permitted other than those designated via service agreement.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Video/Audio camera in living room. Cameras will be off in that area when in use.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
