COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
About the Space
Our space has a variety of amenities for rental. Flip Charts, Easels, Break Out Spots, etc. Please inform the Events Manager of any additional items that you may require. Our space is great for workshops, board meetings, lectures, movie screenings, and pop-ups. Our space can be arranged for you.

General Rules
You are our guest all we ask is that you leave it the way you found it. We are dedicated to providing a great experience for your project. The space will be cleaned prior to your arrival and we will provide hand sanitizer for your use. The space is cleaned after use and made available for the next guest, so please be mindful of your time.
No smoking in the building

Security cameras and recording devices
A security camera at the entrance and in the main waiting area.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
