About the Space

Majestic Oaks offers indoor and outdoor spaces to comfortably host up to 50 guests to celebrate life’s many special occasions and milestones. This modern luxurious estate has a very private back yard surrounded by mature oak trees and offers views of the surrounding green belt up in the Hayward hills, close proximity to Stonebrae Country Club. Indoor area is about 500 sq ft and includes Full kitchen, large island and 2 restrooms. The open living space area offers a buffet table and ample space to move about between indoor and outdoor space thru the large patio slider door. The professionally landscaped outdoor area spreads out nicely over half an acre, making it very grand for an amazing outdoor event that can be set up for casual hangout (cocktail tables - included) or formal reception (large round tables & chairs - rental fee $5 per guest) and leave sufficient area to move about (socialize) dance, etc. At Majestic Oaks you have the flexibility to plan your perfect event. Venue is available from 9 am till 9 pm. Venue includes tables & chairs. Free parking up the street one block away. Host can be on site to assist as your Coordinator. You are welcome to schedule a tour prior to booking.

Outside catering is allowed. Smoking allowed in designated area in the far backyard only. Light background music allowed but must be kept to a respectable volume so as to not be a nuisance to the neighbors. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Host reserves the right to decide what is considered respectable volume. Front of property is only to be used for entry and exit from the backyard where the event space is located. Hanging out in front of the property is not allowed. Long tandem paver parking space designated for your event located on the far left when facing the property. All other guest parking is located up the street. Please inform your guests to not block the already narrow court for drop off and pick up of passengers. The neighbors are highly sensitive to vehicles blocking the already narrow street front. The parking space in front of the 2 car garage facing the property is for the main house guests only. Do not park or block that space. All trash and recycle must be put in the proper respective cans located on the front left side when facing the property. Any excess must be taken off the property or else you will be charged $100 service fee plus the cost of dumping off site at a rate of $50 per 13 gallon trash bag. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. No glitter or confetti can be used anywhere on the property. The elevated deck in the back yard is not part of the rental space for your event. That space is for the guests staying in the main house upstairs. Also, note that there is a guest staying in the unit downstairs facing the zen garden area. We will let our other guests know about your event time so they allow you the privacy to enjoy your special day. Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
