A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have a spacious home with 5 bedrooms and open kitchen. Also huge backyard with with covered patio. We also have a full open area upstairs that can be used for meetings and small seminars. The fully furnished home also have a great parking space and well decorated living area.. Perfect for events of any kind.

I have 4 video cameras in the home. 2 at the front and 2 at the backyard. There’s no video or recording device inside the home.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
