-No Smoking in or outside of the unit at any times-$150 fee. -Noise disturbances after 10 PM in the community are prohibited as this is a community violation. -Please do not go to the leasing office, as we will help you with any concerns you have about your stay. -No pets are permitted in the home at any time, or a pet fee will apply. -Early check-in with $35 charge -Once you check out of the unit, kindly place the waste bin outside of the door.
