About the Space

Bright, clean, chic backyard ideal for bridal showers, baby showers, kid's bday parties, family gatherings, pop-up markets, concerts and more. Enough space for a children's jumper, area with BBQ for grilling, full size refrigerator and private restroom INCLUDED. Pergola and hanging lights throughout the backyard for summer night celebrations. Large electric gate with access from back alley allows easy loading/unloading of equipment, furniture, decor, etc. Ability to park a vehicle in the backyard for unloading if needed. No DJs allowed but music is allowed from regular speakers (DJ set up is too loud for a backyard event). Special: Complementary 1-hr for setup/decorating for events booked in 2022, if no other event booked before yours. Hourly rental includes: *four (4) tall cocktail tables with black or white cloth table covers *four (4) 6ft tables with respective black or white table covers *four (4) patio umbrellas *movable pergola Additional fee for optional: *Bar with large patio umbrella and extra 3-tier wood table + display tables

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate our elopement! The space was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. Denisse and her family were so accommodating, kind, and helpful. Communication from the time we booked until the day of was amazing. Everything was amazing and would definitely utilize this space again!! Thank you for helping us create the most magical evening with our friends and family!!

We rented this space for my grandmothers Celebration of Life, and it was beautiful! Denisse and her husband provided such a beautiful spacious and safe environment! I booked this place for my baby’s 1st birthday, it was an amazing experience, the place was SO clean and beautiful. the host Denisse was SO nice, sweet and easy to work with. Totally recommend! Thank you SO muuch!

Yes, I would book again.

First of all, the host family was SO kind and sweet!! They helped me with booking rental chairs and setting things up when I was doing it by myself. The place was so clean and spacious, the light bulbs added a cute atmosphere when it got dark. We could feel a nice breeze throughout the day and could see the beautiful sunset sky over the fence. Totally recommend!! Thank you!

I had my 60th birthday party at Hidden Gem and all of my guest were impressed of how this space was set up. I fell in love with place when I schedule a walk through before my party. I was able to set up everything and still had space for my guess to dance to the music of my DJ. I would book Hidden Gem again for my all of my events. Thank you DM you are a very sweet and special host.

I booked this lovely place for a birthday party and it was AMAZING. The place looks just like the advertisement and even better in person! The hosts were so sweet and took the time out to make sure that my day was special and one to remember! They have great communication skills and took little to no time to respond which was a plus. I would definitely book this place again in the future! Thanks once again for allowing me to utilize your beautiful space :)
