Pergola and hanging lights throughout the backyard for summer night celebrations. Rental includes four tall cocktail tables, two 6ft tables with respective black table covers and a bar space for private bartender. Optional 10x10 tents, heat lamps, BBQ grill, children's play tents and commercial jumper available. Optional use of house living room, kitchen and restroom.

Three days between bookings to allow for proper cleaning. Natural disinfectants used in all shared areas, turf cleaner and powders used in between events.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
