Parking description

Our studio has 2 allocated parking spots availability due to booking type and space.

General Rules

No smoking in the complex. No food or drink on or in the creative sets. No heels (unless given permission on the vinyl) on the vinyl BYO and outside catering is allowed. Cleaning fee included. Only use the studio set you have booked. No parking in other businesses car spaces within the complex.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Video cameras on site throughout the studio. No audio. Motion video cameras are located throughout the building complex

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our Studio and individual sets are cleaned after each use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
