Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules

-Parties that exceed 10 people will be charged $40 per additional person. -No loud music. We have neighbors and this is a residential community. -No smoking -No pets allowed -Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors -Only the number of guests you confirmed will be permitted unless you have worked it out ahead of time with host. NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservation will be CANCELLED. -Guests must setup and teardown within their window time; please make sure to plan ahead with your staffing to ensure things get done in a timely manner -Furniture must be moved back to where you found it and in the condition you found it. -Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking -Make sure the space is locked upon departure; please use lock box and key code whichever was provided.

Everything needs to be placed back exactly the way it was found. We do routine check ups and any furniture or items that are damaged are the responsibility of the party that booked the space.
