All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The 900 sq ft home is newly updated with large windows in the living room that give the best natural light around. The house comes with 1 large master bedroom located upstairs with a sofa + newly remodeled bathroom, a downstairs bedroom + newly remodeled bathroom, large living room, fun little loft with wooden stairs, dining room and kitchen. This is the perfect place for film or photography as the natural light highlights almost the whole house and high ceilings

This is a corner home so you will have the front, west side, and back (covered) that can fit multiple cars

Lighting description

Windows are floor to ceiling and can be controlled by the blinds. The house faces North so you will get constant flow of light until sunset. The walls are white and ceiling is very tall

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

It is a very quiet house in a very quiet neighborhood. The only noise you will hear inside the house is when the heater kicks on or the hot water heater

There is a ground level front and back door. The loft, master bedroom and second bathroom are located up the stairs

Electrical system description

Circuit breaker is located in the laundry room area. The house has a lot of outlets except for the stairs area and the loft. You would have to use extension chords for those specific areas

General Rules

Fireplace is only allowed if filming or photographing a session. The gas must be turned off immediately after use of the project. No smoking indoors No pets allowed during stay No jumping off the loft Unattended children can not be left in the loft without adults full supervision When you check out, please gather any dirty towels/used linens and place in a pile for the housekeepers. If there are any dirty dishes please place them in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Please refrain from flushing your hopes + dreams, old phone bills, baby alligators and female products down the plumbing fixtures. Lighting candles and leaving them, exploding fireworks inside the living room, parachuting from the loft, or playing kool-aid man through our awesome walls are also not permitted. Turn off all lights, close all windows + doors before you leave. PUH-LEASE do not lock the bottom lock and only use the keypad.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

You may move furniture around or take things off of walls but you must put them back exactly how you found them when finished
