Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

Our space can facilitate many different activities including; weddings, church gatherings, kids parties, conferences, dances, bodybuilding shows, pageants, and many others. Our space is 7,500 square feet, and can be used for many different events or activities. We have an entire DJ set up with large and small speakers to accommodate any sort of event. There are plenty of stage lights with a lot of different set ups for specific events if needed. There is also a stage presence that can be utilized for a band, choir, or presentations of any kind.

Parking description

The parking is unlimited. The space used to be a shopping mall and has since been turned into separate store fronts.

General Rules

No smoking in the building of any kind is allowed. If you need to do so, we would appreciate you doing so outside. Outside catering is allowed. We also know of many people in the area willing to cater food to your need if help is wanted. No alcohol is allowed on the property, thank you.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

The building has security camera for video coverage on the exterior part of the gym on which the location is attached to.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
