A podcast studio space in an artist-friendly coworking office, featuring teleconferencing and production recording capabilities. Located in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, with numerous nearby restaurant, grocery, and fitness options. Space also offers the use of a kitchenette and common lounge area (with media center). Use-cases: - Record a podcast (with remote or in-person guests). - Record an actual play tabletop game session. - Record voice over or narration for a project. - Book as a in-person/remote meeting space for your team. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The room worked great for our shoot. It's definitely small, but has everything you need for podcasting. The team who works here was very accommodating for our video shoot, and intentionally were quiet during recording. Overall, great experience.
