COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The house is aired and spaced between guests for 24 hours and cleaned by former hospital environmental services member.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This space would work well for photography, filming, retreat space and meetings. The house has great character and furniture is easily moved and or rearranged. The back yard is especially photogenic in the spring and summer with annuals mature landscape. The space has an enclosed hot tub in a cedar room. There are also plants in the space and a large deck with furniture.

General Rules

Treat the home well, no smoking or loud music after 8pm. Please conclude outside activities by 8pm if they create noise that would disturb the neighbors. Do not damage property. No parties at the house. We can discuss events. No glitter, no confetti.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring doorbell which can be disconnected. No other cameras on property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
