A beautifully designed and decorated condo with high ceilings. South and West facing views for optimal sunlight. Quintessential Toronto views. Check out sals_decor on IG for more photos. Perfect for the following activities: photo shoot, film shoot, interview, professional/casual small group meeting, etc. Perfect for fashion, portrait, and lifestyle shoots. Absolutely no parties. Steps from the Stackt Market. Railroad, bridge and CN tower just steps from the condo for additional photo/film opportunities.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

First time using Peerspace and I was extremely satisfied with my booking. Salina was very friendly and great at communicating with me before and after the booking. Her space exceeded my expectations, it was aesthetic, clean and very spacious. I would absolutely recommend booking with her!

I loved this space. It was very clean and decorated exactly as in the photos. The host was also very nice! I hope to return soon.
