The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There's a full size eat in kitchen & living room common space. The backyard is a fenced in stone garden, with cozy patio seating. This home is fully furnished for family living. Holiday meals & family milestones are easily celebrated here. The home sleeps 7 people comfortably. It's truly an Authentic Philadelphian Townhome away from your home & very close to Center City tourist sites, as well as the Art Museum with the famous Rocky steps.

Free on street parking. Read the City posted parking signs. The South side of the street is free, but timed, and the North side of the street, in front of our townhome, is unlimited free parking.
General Rules
No smoking. Outside catering is allowed. Guests must clean up after themselves, their children and their pets. Yes, responsible pet owners, who clean up after every deposit, no matter the weather, are welcome to bring their pets. Tiles for the spa floor in the 2nd floor restroom are heated, and the bathtub has jets. The slate fireplace mantle is another unique feature.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A detailed thorough cleaning is completed after every booking. Housekeeping wears gloves and masks and use proper disinfect for all surfaces. Beds are stripped and laundered in the on premises washer and dryer. The townhome is well ventilated during this process.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
