About the Space
The townhome has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There's a full size eat in kitchen & living room common space. The backyard is a fenced in stone garden, with cozy patio seating. This home is fully furnished for family living, & it can easily be used for realistic productions. The home sleeps 7 people comfortably. It's truly an Authentic Philadelphian Townhome.

Free on street parking. Read the City posted parking signs. The South side of the street is free, but timed, and the North side of the street, in front of our townhome, is unlimited free parking.

Lighting description
There are 7 windows on the first floor with natural lighting. They are North, South, and West facing windows. Each bedroom has windows as well, with mini blinds and room darkening drapes.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
No appliance noise. Normal city sounds, however keeping windows closed helps quiet the outside world. The neighbors are respectful and quiet.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded through the front door. There are five steps at the entrance, so a ramp may help if heavy lifting is required.

The 200 amp circuit breaker is in the basement. There are several outlets throughout the home.

General Rules
No smoking. No burning candles. Outside catering is allowed. Guests must clean up after themselves, their children and their pets. Yes, responsible pet owners, who clean up after every deposit, no matter the weather, are welcome to bring pets. Keep shoes and pets off the carpet & furniture. Tiles for the spa floor in the 2nd floor restroom are heated, and the bathtub has jets. There's a rainfall shower head for those who'd rather shower. The slate fireplace mantle is another unique feature.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
After guests are finished using something, simply put things back the way it was found.

Two security cameras, one at each entrance, which is the front door and the back door.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A detailed thorough cleaning is completed after every booking. Housekeeping wears gloves and masks and use proper disinfect for all surfaces. Beds are stripped and laundered in the on premises washer and dryer. The townhome is well ventilated during this process.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disposable masks / face coverings
