They're great for events such as baby showers. birthday parties, business meetings and weddings or receptions. We have an officiant on staff. Decor and event planning including full set up services are available. We will personally help you with your event planning and also have a team of professionals for everything your event may need. It's an elegant loft-style storefront located inside Art Square with a free parking lot directly in front of our space. There is a restroom for both men and women just about 15-20 steps away from our door. The location is easily accessible from the I-15 off the Charleston exit in the heart of The Arts District, just minutes from the Vegas Strip and Downtown Vegas. We're located in a vibrant area full of great art and fun to walk around and famous for being a photographers dream. There are multiple restaurants, bars, galleries, locally owned shops, Speakeasys and cafes within walking distance. Depending on your layout, there is seating for up to 40 or standing room for up to 50. Your rental comes with all the necessary amenities you could hope for that are listed below at no extra cost. • Free Wi-fi • Free parking • Blackout blinds • Dimmable lighting • Tripod laptop stand • 40 Black folding chairs • Eight 30" black bar stools • Air-conditioning/heating • Four 31"x 43" cocktail tables • Bluetooth speaker for background music • Six rectangular 6ft (72"x30") folding tables • 70" TV with HDMI input to connect your laptop, and a soundbar for quality audio Rental rates are as follows: • $85per hour with a five-hour minimum most days however that’s negotiable so please just ask. • $100 cleaning fee • Full-day buyouts are $1,000 from 8 AM - 10PM • After-hours rates are $150 per hour after 10 PM. • Holiday rentals are billed at $150 per hour and require a five-hour minimum or a full-day buyout for $1,500. Any additional time added after you initially book is billed at $150 per hour from 8 AM - 10 PM or $200 per hour after 10 PM. Additional time is subject to availability. *Please note that setup and breakdown time should be included in your start/end time when booking. Additionally, your rental begins at your confirmed booking time, not when you arrive.

Me and my wife held our baby shower with close to 50 people in attendance. Mike was super personable and very willing to answer any questions we had. He even answer my phone calls multiple times to help. On top of it all everything, everything was as listed and for me the price was very for the budget I was working with!
