COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We follow a three step cleaning protocol between each reservation. 1. Sanitize 2. Disinfect 3. Clean ***As CDC information suggests, Luxe House and Home will continue to maintain our high standards of hygiene and cleaning protocols for our properties. We will regularly sanitize and disinfect all frequently utilized surfaces such as doors, door handles, desks, chairs, etc. We will continue to stay informed and follow the advice of the World Health Organization, CDC, and our local health and government departments.***

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Tons of natural light in great room area because of large pane windows. All curtains throughout the home are SunZero black out curtains if darker light is needed. Brightest times of the day are between 9am and 3pm

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We do not provide actual soundproofing but the neighborhood is very quiet and the distance between homes is quite large. Nothing within the home makes noise. The inside of the home is very quiet and you are welcome to bring in your own soundproofing equipment, if necessary.

The driveway is very large so load in of equipment should be no problem. There is also a fence with a gate that opens wide enough to drive a car through, if necessary.

Electrical system description

The house has new breakers and electrical wiring so there should be no problem. Outlets are plentiful and the circuit breaker is in the hallway closet, easy to access.

General Rules

General Rules I like to keep it simple - treat the home with respect. But if you need specifics.... - NO SMOKING at all, anywhere. NONE. Don't do it. - NO IMMORAL ACTIVITY like porn, non-consensual activity, underage anything, keep it clean and professional. - NO LOUD MUSIC especially if it can be heard outside and especially after 8pm - NO PETS (even if they are a part of your production) If they are, don't book me. - NO PARTIES AT ALL EVER Our team reserves the right to stop any activity that violates these rules and at the expense of the booking party. Excessive alcohol cannot be consumed while on the premises. Visible inebriation is a violation and arrests will be made. Outside catering is allowed upon signing a liability waiver.

Ages 21+

Production insurance is required

I require a damage deposit upfront depending on the nature of the production/activity. We will discuss this at the time of booking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Removal of artwork or anything affixed to the wall is PROHIBITED. You can move furniture around but you are required to put it back as you found it before the end of your booking.

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There is one security camera on the front porch facing the driveway. It will remain on for the security of the guest and host.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
