About the Space

Our space is perfect for photoshoots , videoshops ,workshops , corporate get togethers, paint and sips , movie screenings etc . We have custom LED lights , podcast equipment , a recording studio , A projector as well as professional video lighting , tripods and three lovely marble blocks that perfect as bars or for serving

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors

  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Such a great venue! Perfect size, beautifully decorated nice and clean. The host is very helpful and has great communication. I would love to use this space again in the future and definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed booking with Peerspace, it was easy and hassle-free. The studio was clean, easily accessible as I use a wheelchair, and quiet. Carl was very accommodating of our needs and was very understanding when we needed more time. I will definitely use this studio again in the future.
