A great place for family and friends! Recently remodeled throughout, the property includes a fully appointed kitchen with new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom furnished with King bed and day bed with a trundle for extra sleeping space. The Spacious living room also provides extra sleeping space with new comfy sofa and has a Smart TV. The entire house has free high-speed WiFi connection, on-property parking, patio and backyard for entertaining or relaxing.

General Rules
There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the home.
If you break this rule you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a fee.
There is absolutely no parking allowed on the yard for any reason. If you or your party's vehicle is parked on the yard you all will be subject to getting towed and a ticket from the police who patrol the area.
Please make sure your number of guests is accurate on your booking. If you bring more than the approved number of guests to your stay you will be subject to an additional charge. Any visitors to the property are considered guests and need to be counted as such.
This home is located in a heavily wooded area and is left vacant between stays. We have active pest control however it is possible to see a small bug in the yard or in the home especially in the summer months. All those who book this place understand this possibility.
This is an upstairs unit in a private home. There could potentially be guests downstairs in the basement, however there are no shared spaces outside of the driveway and yard. Because of this, quiet time is from 11pm-8am for both parties. No loud music, loud conversations or extra noise is allowed during those hours.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned between each booking. Each guest will have access to cleaning wipes if need be to wipe down additional surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
