Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We use Microban multi-purpose and disinfectant sprays that disinfect for 24 hours after use twice per day, and more than twice a day when there is heavy traffic. We also clean surfaces after use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is perfect for both small and large gatherings. We are able to service workshops, small conferences, mixers, parties and more. We are located in the center of downtown and have windows on all sides of the floor offering beautiful views throughout the space. We are able to provide valet parking for your guests at an additional rate, as well as access to premier DJ's in the city. We have affiliate partners who are able to assist you with planning and executing your events, as well as references for catering and bartending.

There are a variety of parking options that can be discussed when you do a tour.

General Rules

There is no smoking in our building, and if you are selling alcohol your bartender must have a TABC Management Certification on site to distribute. If you have an open bar, the certification is not necessary. There are also no pets allowed within the venue or access to the office spaces within the floor.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have visible security cameras throughout the floor with the exception of meeting rooms that record video, and the lobby camera captures live audio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
