Place has been professionally cleaned and disinfected. I will also provide cleaning supplies and masks.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Very cozy but cool unique spot. Great for photo shoots, romantic dinner, or a small gathering. It has a great accent wall in the living room and modern swings in the dinning room instead of bar stools. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows all the way around. The balcony wraps all the way around the whole apartment. So you can sit outside and enjoy the weather or sunset. A lot of natural light and the sunset is to die for. You won’t be disappointed! Pictures does this place no justice. Very clean quiet place located in Tysons Corner. If requested it’s also a beautiful club room, and rooftop with pool grill and kitchen.

Parking description

There will be free parking on the front and side of the building. First come first serve .If there are no spaces there you can park in the garage but there will be a $5 charge after 6pm. I will have to get you a parking pass and will need your tag number for that.

General Rules

No one under the age of 21. No smoking. No listening parties. You can play music but just be mindful. Please be on time. I will allow a 15 minute grace period. After that you will be charged.
