COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Everything is cleaned between bookings and all measures are taken to ensure sanitary conditions.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our home is great for photo and video shoots. The backyard has a pool and colorful decor, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor couch, and a dining table. The pool can be heated for an extra fee and there is a pool house with it’s own bathroom separate from the main house. The primary bedroom and living room is also available for shooting in.

We are pretty flexible on rules as long as guests are respectful and clean. Just be up front about your intentions and we will try to accommodate! The only hard no’s are large parties or porn filming.
