Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No smoking No Parties Treat the home with respect as well as the neighbors. Outside Catering is allowed If you park on the street do not block the driveway. Do not park in the gravel/dirt driveway to the left of the house

Security cameras and recording devices

The cameras are only outside and are Ring Flood light Cameras. 3 Cameras on back 2 corners and one of front right of the house. There are no cameras inside the home.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
