About the Space

*Please select start/end times to reflect the correct hourly rate* Our studio is nestled in the heart of Austin's east side, just minutes from downtown with easy access to I-35. We are close to a grocery store, liquor store, many venues and nightclubs, and some residential areas. Our space is similar to a warehouse, so we share a courtyard parking lot with neighboring businesses. For this reason, we prefer advance notice (at least 3 weeks) for indoor/outdoor events. Studio A has a full-sized garage door, house projection screen, portable video monitor, metal and wooden accents. Studio B is a 650 sqft flex space with a permanent set in one corner, small piano shop in another corner, sink and front bay door in another corner, and storage with a plethora of props, plants, and set decoration. With glass doors between the rooms, it doubles as a drum isolation room for album recordings, and allow for quick and easy emptying of the room for a blank canvas for your meets or events with under 30 people! Pricing is $125, $150, or $185 per hour depending on the day of the week and time of day. Please be sure to enter the date and time desired for your event for accurate pricing information.

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
