1. This is a Self Check-In Property. You Must Confirm that you are Willing & Able to Check-in to the Property & have Read the Directions Provided In the House Manual and will be able to Read and Check-in with the Check-In Guide Provided.
2. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first. We do Have Early Check-in & Late-Check-Out Offers for a small fee. An Unauthorized late check out is a $75 fee.
3. We kindly ask that before Leaving, please place dirtied items where they belong. This helps the efficiency of our cleaning crew to serve our guests with Quick Quality Service. Our Cleaning Fee is based on courteous guests, if you trash the apartment it is an additional $75 cleaning fee.
4. We Understand that Accidents Happen!!! But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

5. Being a family home, we also have a NO SMOKING policy. Future guests are expecting a NON-SMOKING Room. (If you Smoke Cigs, Vape or Marijuana, There will be a $175 charge PER DAY)
6. Please DO NOT Remove Mattress Protectors, Pillow Protectors, or Any Other Items from the Place where you Found them. If you Remove them, Please Put them Back where they belong. Failure to do so will result in a $25 Charge.
7. . Pets MAYBE permitted, contact us for possible exceptions (a $250 Pet Fee will be charged per Unauthorized Pets)
8. No Parties Please! In past experiences, authorities have been called to the property for excessive noise and the number of people. There will be a $175 charge PER DAY if you are caught having a party.
9. To ensure Full safety of our guest’s belongings. Please make sure to keep the front gate shut when passing through. We want to ensure every guest stay remains problem-free, and this is just one small simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.
10. There will be an additional $25 fee per guest per day if the number of Guests Booked for the Reservation is Exceeded at any Point of Time within the Reservation.
11. If you accidentally leave something Behind and Need us to ship it, a $25 Handling Fee Plus Shipping Fee will be charged.
12. No REFUNDS will be given for Storms. Please Certify you will Not ask for a Refund because of a Storm
13. If a key is taken, by accident or not, there will be a $75 charge. (Only when applicable).
14. No REFUNDS will be given if the Property is NOT of your liking and it is not what you expected.
15. Please park only on the driveway, all the way back. No cars are allowed on the street.
16. If the guest does not state that there is an issue with a smoke detector and removes it, there will be a $100 charge.
17. Please do not tamper or attempt to remove/disable cameras, otherwise, there'll be a $500 fee.
18. Any & All extra services paid in advance are final. No refunds will be given at any point prior, during, or after check-in or check-out.
19. If you are Local, you Must First Contact us before Booking. We have Rental Agreement that you need to sign and that only reservation requests from guests who are 25 years and above will be accepted, please contact us for questions about this.
20. This Property has a Device detector inside the Home, Our in-home sensor counts the number of mobile devices and alerts us if the number goes above your reservation limit. It’s a privacy-friendly device. If more devices than the number of devices detected at check-in, it will be an Immediate Cancellation of Reservation without a refund.
21. A maximum of 2 cars is allowed to park at this Property. Both cars are to be inside the driveway past the borderline of the house.
22. No Guests are allowed outside of the Front Door at any point in time. If you want to gather please gather in the backyard.

23. Maintenance request might take 24-72 hours, we will keep you notified for every updates we receive from our maintenance team.
24. An additional contract will be sent over after booking, to be signed and reviewed by the guest. This is simply to confirm that the guest has indeed agreed to all conditions of the rent.
Please confirm you have read all house rules including: "Not Suitable for Parties/Events", and "Guests outside", and "Parking". Due to the recent guests who have not respected our home, any type of gatherings will be immediate cause for a Cancellation without a Refund. Neighbors are prompt to call.
