<3 No shoes allowed on the furniture. The talent can wear shoes while shooting, but the bottoms must be cleaned. If this rule is ignored, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200. <3 No Smoking inside the house <3 All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will start to accrue 15 min after your booking time has ended. The overtime rate is time and a half and will be billed for a full hour 15min after your booking time ends <3 No pets <3 Nudity is allowed <3 Guests are responsible for all damages <3 We are not liable for any injurues <3 Furniture and props can be moved carefully. We encourage you to create but please return everything back to its original place <3 We ask when moving furniture to please lift to move instead of dragging to prevent damages <3 No illegal activity <3 Please keep noise and music to a reasonable level <3 No fog/smoke machines <3 If you have more guests than your booking agreement states, you will be charged an additional $100 per person at the time of your booking.
