3,500 sq. ft. open modular loft space surrounding a low raised stage with professional lighting and sound. High-ceilings (14’), huge floor-to-ceiling windows (SE exposure), and dark hardwood floors, with all furniture on wheels allowing for versatile orientation. Unique aesthetic combines collegiate chalkboards with vintage primitive masks and unique art. Red floor-to-ceiling theater curtain allows division of the space in half. Separate bar area enables drink service, large full kitchen allows small-to-medium catering events, and projector with large electric screen and integrated sound system allows for screenings and remote meetings. Several nooks surround the main area, including a light-filled garden area, office, isolated dining area, and comfortable sound recording booth. Easy load-in access with driveway immediately leading to freight elevator.
