Located in a dedicated warehouse unit home to a range of mid-range to high-end professional recording spaces, this recent refurbished studio build is designed for hours of musical creation, recording, songwriting, mixing, mastering and more. It's a unique, spaceship-inspired design kitted with professional grade wall mounted speaker monitors. Fully soundproofed, constructed on an internal elevated platform and layers of acoustic material and fabrics, together with resin flooring for the best sound quality and monitoring. Vocal booth separated from the control room using theatre grade curtains. Fitted with a futuristic RGB lighting setup with touch controls, running across the space. The space is setup with an intimate distance between the control desk, the vocal booth and the main seating area. Complete with a retractable three-seater sofa bed with three additional foldable seats, the studio is designed for late nights and small collaborations. The communal area included a kitchenette space, multiple toilets and a clean, functional shower.
