About the Space
Our 1800+ sq. ft Industrial space gives every beginner & professional photographer a blank canvas to set-up shop, or to rent equipment to for any type of photo or video shoot. With our colored canvas, White Walls, Brick Walls, Industrial Accents & Indoor Windows, we are the perfect space for anyone looking for one space with multiple looks! Our Space comes with a private changing room that features even more opportunities for different aesthetic looks that also give full privacy to your client. (Photography & Videography Only) Every Client also has access to use our Bluetooth Sound Bar to play music during their events or shoots. Cancellation Policy Grace period All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time. Flexible Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are NOT refundable.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I rented this space for a photoshoot. I contacted the host who allowed me to come a few weeks in advance to tour the space before booking. The space is absolutely amazing! We had about 20 people in attendance and so much space everyone was able to attend comfortably. The host was very welcoming and available for any questions or assistance we needed. I would definitely book again for future events!
