Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

About the Space

Beautifully decorated two bedroom condo with amazing view of downtown Birmingham and Regions Field. Great location to capture beautiful shots. Great amenities inside and outdoors for a variety of creative needs. NEIGHBORHOOD The property is located on Birmingham’s Southside with interstate access to Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport and within walking distance to Region’s Field and the award-winning Railroad Park.

Parking description

There is free street parking. There is also one designated parking spot located in building's parking garage. Once guest have entered condo a parking decal sticker is provided.

General Rules

There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for noise, partying or disturbing neighbors. This is a VERY quiet and problem-free community, so any excessive music or overly loud conversations reported by neighbors or campus security will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the property and no refund will be issued. Also the facility just implemented a NO SMOKING fine of $1000 for inside smoking. Cleaning fee is $50 per rental.
