It is the guest’s responsibility to restore the layout of the space following a booking and their “tear-down” time must be included in the time reserved for the booking. Please be sure we always follow with the cleaning protocol.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

1,800 sq ft loft gallery-like residential space with 30x20 ft great room (16 ft ceilings), 11x17 dining room, bathroom, and kitchen on ground floor, and master bed and bathroom on mezzanine level with staircase leading to 650 sq ft private roof deck with open city views. Great room’s 3 south-facing windows are 10 ft x 5.5 ft and equipped with solar shades and blackout shades. 18 x 16 ft gallery wall suitable for projection or photo/video graphic backdrop. Private roof deck accessible through common building stair & common roof deck for placement of furniture, equipment, etc. 2 service-size elevators.

General Rules

No-smoking building. Residential listing requires consideration for neighbors. Amplified sound requires prior approval. Contractors and uniformed personnel, including movers, must receive prior approval and submit valid certificate of insurance (COI), or they will not be allowed into the building. Moves to both indoor and outdoor space can utilize service elevator with Masonite floor protection. Moves to outdoor space may utilize building common fire stair and pass through common roof deck area.
