About the Space Welcome to my newly renovated beautiful apartment. I use this space for photoshoots and office meetings. Bayonne is 10 minutes away from Jersey City NJ and 35 minutes away from New York City. We are also 10 min. drive to Staten Island and 17 min. drive to Brooklyn Bridge. There is a deli in case you and your guests get hungry - East Coast Catering is located right across from our apartment. You can use our office for any productions needs you might have, the space is Fully furnished, enough space for a production crew, entrepreneur feeling, and tons of natural lighting. HIGHLIGHTS Space can be used for Meetings, Collaborations, PhotoSHoots, Video Shoot, Casting, Apparel Shoot, Clothing Shoot, Commercial Photoshoot, Fashion Shoot, Head Shot, Photo Shoot, Photo Studio, Portrait Photoshoot, Product Shoot, Promotional Photoshoot, Workshop, Class, Collaboration, Workshop 15ft ceilings and facing windows, great light throughout the day. Direct Bright Sunshine from 7am to 9am. LIST OF EQUIPMENT : you can use the wife and also help yourself to water or tea. You can Accommodate the furniture according to your needs. Office is under video surveillance for security purposes only.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Beautiful space, great for shooting lifestyle shoot or other great coaching shots! Hostess was welcoming and was very helpful.

The place was fantastic. The layout and lighting was just as the pictures described. The place was perfect for my photo shoot. All my photo shot at this location came out fabulous. Also, the host was awesome. Warm, kind and welcoming 🌺🌼
