About the Space
The streaming studio is perfect for twitch, youtube, or any streaming service you are working to grow in. We have a brand new Origin PC with El Gato streaming equipment, Asus peripherals, and Viewsonic monitors. With soundproofing and lighting, we have created the perfect space for streamers of all sizes that want to use high-powered PCs but can't afford or don't have access to their current rig.

Parking description
There are two parking structures next to our building with two free-hour parking; street metered parking is available for 2 hours only.
General Rules
No smoking,
No open beverages or food on the desk
No Alcohol during the hours of 2 pm to 9 pm
No Pornographic materials on the computer
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Ring Recording in entrance and main tech room. Scholars Collective will not save any recording from security cameras in location.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect every surface after every use and between bookings. We also provide extra cleaning supplies if you would like to change between different people in your party.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
