Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We perform an extensive cleaning of the entire apartment in between guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
About the Space
This cozy apartment can be transformed to accommodate your next meeting retreat. The open floor plan and natural light make it ideal for live performances, photo shoots, pop ups, dinners and more. The space features a full kitchen with granite countertops, large living and dining area space. Depending on the furniture arrangement, the space can fit up to 20 guests. Its is conveniently located in Downtown Silver Spring, within walking distance to the Silver Spring Metro station. There is also a parking garage nearby.

Parking description
Free onsite parking for one vehicle. There is metered street parking in front of the building and a parking garage within walking distance.
General Rules
Outside catering is allowed.
Please respect quiet hours from 9 pm-7 am.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING.
Smoking is not permitted on the property (including balconies/patios, outside of the building). If cigarette buds and or evidence of smoking is left behind after your stay. You will be charged a smoking fee of $500, please be respectful of our home.
NO PETS WITHOUT CONSENT.
Pets must be preapproved. Not disclosing you are bringing a pet and or not paying the pet fee prior to your arrival can cost you up to a $250 fine in addition if that pet causes property damage. The fee is to make the property whole again for the next guest.
GOVERNMENT ID.
A copy of a government-issued ID (e.g. driving license or passport) is required for the reserver that executed the reservation with us and must be received within 48 hours of check-in and prior to arrival. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
ADDITIONAL FEES.
If the home is left excessively dirty after departure the host reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee. (stained floor, dirty/damaged walls, smoking smells, damaged furniture etc). If the furniture is damaged the host reserves the right to charge an additional fee. If you break or damage something, smoke in the apartment, lose items (such as keys, fobs or parking passes), forget something that we need to mail back to you, or check out late, we have the right to charge you additional fees to make things right for the next guest. Prior to charging these fees we will communicate what was found broken or damaged after you departure with supporting evidence. If damages hinder same day check in for another incoming guest you will be charged the amount of the missed reservation do to property and or damages you have caused to the home
VIOLATIONS AND TERMS OF SERVICE.
Any people(s) and or guests admitted into the property during the timeframe of the original reserver are too responsible to uphold all of of the house rules and or policies. Any peoples and or guests of the original reserver that is booked with us must also follow all lease, community policies, and city/state laws. Any peoples and or guests of the original reserver that violates any portion of our house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. Violations of the house rules are grounds for removal of the guest from the property by the host and or local authorities without refund and the guest is immediately considered trespassing once any house rules mentioned are violated.
