Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Proper cleaning is ensured to disinfect all germs on surfaces and door knobs. Hand sanitizer will be provided and cleaning wipes. Masks are encouraged, but not mandatory.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
New 218 sq ft mini home studio, built in January 2022. Located 16min east of downtown. The space can be utilized for music production, editing, and band rehearsals. The layout includes a futon to relax, a desk for computer work, a fridge for drinks and an open space for creativity. You can bring your own equipment to use while in the space. We offer equipment rentals for an additional fee. This studio does not have a restroom, guests will need to use the restroom located in the house next to the studio.

Parking description
One side of the street can fit 3 cars and the other can fit 2 cars. There is a parking lot 0.2 miles away which is a 5min walk.

Lighting description
The windows are small and allow for natural lighting. The black curtains can also blackout the lighting from entering the studio. Morning time is the brightest.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The building is not sound proof, but guests can make loud noise. You will hear neighbors in the back of the building vaguely in the evenings. We are not on a busy street, however you will occasionally hear a train in the distance. I have an AC and fridge in the building, but can be turned off.

Electrical system description
The power rating of the space is 1,300 kWh. Total number of outlets is 7. They are located near the floor and mid section of the room. Circuit breaker is located near the door.

General Rules
Studio rules include:
no smoking in the studio
no alcohol after 8pm weekdays
no loud music after 8pm weekdays
no pets
Recommended to use the door mat outside before entering the studio.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Yes furniture can be removed from the building. This includes the fridge, desk, and futon.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
The studio has a ring device at the front door. No cameras are installed inside the studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
