About the Space
Activities that work well are workshops, therapeutic support groups, and pop up events (indoor and outdoor space). We hae 1500Sqft of indoor space and ample fenced outdoor space on Main St. We have onsite bathrooms, a coffee/water bar, a hand washing sink, and open floor plan. We work well for bridal showers, social groups, book signing, markets and more!

Parking description
We have an 11 space parking lot along with tons of surrounding Main St. and side road parking spaces. There is ample event parking for all, free.

General Rules
No smoking allowed on property.

All ages, but children should be supervised at all times.
Event space should be cleaned once event is over, booking time includes setup and clean up of event.

Security cameras and recording devices
The are video only, in all event spaces and exterior. No audio is recorded.

Health and Safety Measures
We provide professional cleaning between guests, have ample room to spread out, lots of outdoor space and hand sanitizer is throughout the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
