Lighting is ample on the second story of the house, and more mid-level in the bottom level of the house. All rooms have the ability to be blacked out. Living room has curtain rods on interior or exterior of house to make lighting efficient.

We are on a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood street. Noise should rarely be an issue.

Stairs, Ground Floor

We have a 2 step entrance into the house that can be ramped to get heavier equipment into the first story of the house. All equipment can also be brought in through the back of the house via the driveway.

Makeup is probably best done in the upstairs non-carpeted bedroom or downstairs in the eating nook (in terms of natural light)

The downstairs office (front room) is off-limits to shoot in.

We just upgraded our main system in January to a 220 amp service on the side of the house (with a smaller breaker next to the driveway for the smaller rooms).

Hello and welcome to our house! As someone who works in advertising, I've frequently been on the other side of the table entering someone's property and filming or shooting there. We understand how it works and promise to stay out of your way while you're working! That being said, this is also our family home and we have a few rules to make this a great partnership. Filming hours are 8am - 8pm unless we discuss arrangements outside of those filming hours. NO filming on our street without prior consent. The fire marshall and/or Culver City police will fine you! Parking is our number one priority. Under no circumstance are you to block a neighbors driveway (even by a little bit). You may park 2-3 cars on our street, all others should be spread to Kinston Avenue or other streets or you can arrange a shuttle bus in. The house must be left in the condition you originally entered it in - if you move furniture around it needs to be placed back in its original position. Any damages incurred will be passed on to production. ALL furniture needs to be lifted, NOT dragged. All crew and talent must take off their shoes when walking on the carpet. We will provide you with booties to cover your shoes, talent can wear shoes on carpet while filming / shooting. Cover C-Stands with tennis balls NO smoking or vaping on the premises. NO PETS unless approved for production. You are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of scheduled wrap time. We have hard in and hard out times. Production must carry out their own trash, any bags left behind will incur a fee We reserve all rights to take and share behind the scenes photo(s) of whatever shoot is happening on our property, for the promotion of our location. NO to the following: Pornography of any kind NO open flames unless discussed with homeowner in advance COI required for filming: damages, liability and equipment. Permit required unless discussed with the homeowner beforehand. NO loud music or disrupting the neighbors (Please stay off their front lawns when loading/unloading). Music playback for music videos should be kept at a reasonable volume. We have a cat who will be put outside in our studio or in our home office away from filming. However you may want to bring Claritin if anyone on your team is allergic to cats! Thanks so much! We can’t wait to see what you make in our home!

Equipment, damages, liability

Any and all furniture and decorations can be LIFTED (not dragged) and removed as long as they are placed back and restored to their original states. Any damage that occurs will be liable to fine.
