This all-black, 3,500 sq ft space offers 20 ft high ceilings geared for light rigging. With access to a drive-in bay, this space is ideal for building sets for long or short-term rentals. The all-matte black finish enables you to control your production's lighting, getting the desired result every time. Included in the space are five ladders, ranging from 4ft to 12ft. Also receive access to (3) hair, makeup, and wardrobe rooms, and a multi-use space for talent holding or producers' lounge.
