About the Space

Need a modern kitchen to gather around? This is a great opportunity to host a happy hour/brunch/cooking show 1 mile from downtown. It’s a cozy space with lots of plants! You will have access to the downstairs, roughly 500 square feet of flex space. When you enter the house, you directly walk into the living room which transitions to the kitchen. The big windows let in lots of natural light. You will also have access to the fenced in backyard with lots of bamboo plants.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Yes, I would book again.

Alison was the best host ever. This was our first time using Peerspace and plan on using it again for any events because of this experience. The place was just as described, very clean. My fiancé and I missed our flight and Alison was very understanding and allowed us to delay our reservation. She was very responsive and answered any questions about what was provided.
