Could be used as a fitness studio for light exercises or photo-video shooting. There's about 40sqm of unobstructed space with plenty of light, showers and change-rooms are ideal for Instagram shots as they have been done with luxury in mind. four massive led backlit mirrors, LED strips near the ceiling and spotlights create a nice atmosphere.

The studio is located on Swan street, you might hear occasional cars or trams passing by, but it's not loud.
AC is brand new, so there is minimal noise.

General Rules
No smoking in the building

No jumping is allowed as the timber flooring has no insulation and an ophthalmologist is located on the ground floor.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The facility is cleaned after every training session, surfaces with 70%IPA and floors disinfected. Hepa filtration is on 24/7 to capture pollutants and viruses.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
