All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

40/Hr Pricing is the base fee and includes use of our in-booth backdrop area. All other spaces are to be booked as Add-Ons Great for high production film, or just a simple photo shoot. Have tons of props, furniture, dressing rooms and 16 set rooms that can be used for various different builds. We’re an active production company during business hours, but would love to meet more people in the industry and take advantage of this amazing space. Also have a lot of equipment that can be rented as well. Hourly, day, and half-day rentals on nights and weekends only. Message more for more details! All costs and uses includes 2 non-set use individual rooms for storage/Wardrobe/etc and a break-room for Craft Services. Extra rooms can be booked as Add-Ons

General Rules

- Production insurance required (If you do not have insurance, reach out to us for another option) - 10 People Max (contact us if you're crew is bigger) - No Live Firearms, any stunt or prop weapons requires an experienced coordinator (In house stunt coordinator available for day rate) - No Open Flames - No alcohol if minors are present - Furniture can be moved as long as it's not dragged or damaged and is reset at the end of rental. - No nudity allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

1M Production Insurance Required. If you do not have production insurance or the means to afford it along with the space rental, We have a partnership with a production company that will be willing to discuss Joining the project as Producer to secure insurance for you. Contact for more details on Insurance.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can not be removed from building, but a designated storage area will be given for your convenience

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are in use outside the building, as well as various spots inside the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
