Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We ask that you respect our space and inventory. We keep our showroom clean as there are many appointments throughout the week to look at the vehicles.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Corporate Meetings, Events, Music Videos, Photoshoots, Promotional Content, Interviews, Gatherings, and more. We have a front showroom with high end vehicles, couches, and TVs. We also have a break room, offices, and a garage in the back. There's an alley that runs along the side and back of us. Located conveniently in Dallas between Love Field & DFW Airport, we can help provide what you need for your space.

We have 10 parking spots in front of our building.

General Rules

Need a list of everyone attending your reservation. We will check their IDs at the door. Only people directly involved with the shoot will be allowed in. No drugs or alcohol Reservations do not account for early arrival/setup. These must be approved.

Ages 18+

Security cameras and recording devices

All public areas are recorded 24/7 in every room of our facility

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
