The lighting in the studio is versatile and adjustable, with both wall lighting and overhead lighting available. Both types of lighting are dimmable, allowing you to adjust the level of brightness to your needs. Additionally, there are five windows across two walls that provide plenty of natural light during the day. If you need to control the amount of natural light, all windows have lightblocking curtains that can be used. Overall, the lighting setup in the studio is designed to be flexible and customizable to create the perfect atmosphere for your production needs.

As the studio is located on Southwest Blvd, which is a busy street with heavy traffic, ambient sound is expected to be present. The sound may include traffic noise, sirens, and other background noises that are common to an urban environment. While the studio is not completely soundproof, measures have been taken to minimize external noise, including soundproof curtains and insulation. Additionally, there is a sound system available in the studio that can be used to play music or other audio to help mask any ambient sound that may be present. Overall, while some ambient sound may be present, the studio has taken steps to mitigate external noise and provide a suitable environment for media production.

Ground Floor

The studio has the convenience of an entrance that opens directly onto the parking lot, allowing for easy loading and unloading of equipment. This entrance provides direct access to the studio without having to navigate through any other areas of the building. In addition, there is a large garage door available that can be used for loading and unloading larger equipment or props. This garage door is located adjacent to the parking lot, making it easy to bring in larger items directly from the outside. The garage door can be opened and closed easily, providing a quick and efficient way to move equipment in and out of the space. Overall, the studio is designed to make the loading and unloading of equipment as easy and convenient as possible. The direct entrance and large garage door provide multiple options for getting equipment and props in and out of the space, allowing for a smooth and efficient production process.

We strive to provide a comfortable and flexible space for all of our guests. However, we do have a few rules around moving furniture or decorations to ensure that the space remains in good condition for all of our visitors. Firstly, we ask that no wall decor be removed from the studio. This includes any paintings, photographs, or other wall decorations. These items are part of the decor of the studio and are meant to enhance the space for all of our guests. However, we do allow for tables and chairs to be moved around to suit your needs. We understand that different productions may require different layouts or seating arrangements, and we are happy to accommodate those needs as best we can. We do ask that any furniture or decorations that are moved are returned to their original position before you leave the studio. This helps us ensure that the space is ready for the next guest to use and helps us maintain the high level of quality that we are committed to providing.
