Modern Party Art in Dorchester is a unique gem. There is a 900 sq ft open floor plan. The raw wooden floors reflect the ambient lighting. The exposed ceilings and duct work contradict the artwork displayed on the emerald and gold walls. There is a 13'x13' room with a large 4'x8' window opening to the main area. This room can be utilized as a bar area, buffet area, or storage area. In the room is a large table, shelving, and a fridge. The main area can hold 40 seated guests, but we suggest 30 for more space and space to dance. There is a leather couch, 55" tv, and two speakers equipped with a mixer and aux cord. There are 8 tables, all 6ft and 8ft, that can be used however you see fit. There are 40 folding chairs. The event space can be used for all types of events or for personal quiet time. We have had birthday parties, paint and sips, bridal showers, baby showers, book readings, book signings, open mic nights, karaoke, dinner parties, 420 parties (no smoking inside), gender reveals, repass, brunch parties, dance parties, sweet 16s, workshops, therapy sessions, and more! You can also use the space to have a ticketed and profitable event!
