Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Perfect for gatherings, company meetings, a little getaway, etc. The space The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults with: - 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed The four bedrooms are fully furnished. Linens and pillows provided. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion provided. Kitchen cooking basics provided. Plates, silverware & coffee also available to all guests. * Living Room: As soon as you go in, you will find the spacious and comfy living room where you can relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV. * Master Bedroom: With a comfy king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a big closet, a Smart TV, and a couch, you’ll be happy to relax after a day of fun in the sun. * Bedroom 2: With a comfy queen bed this room is as good as the master bedroom with a view and access to the pool & turf, a Smart TV so you can relax and binge-watch your favorite shows. * Bedroom 3 : With a stylish queen bed and easy access to the pool anyone in your group will be happy to sleep here. * Bedroom 4: Equipped with a comfy full bed, this room is perfect for someone who likes seeing the beautiful changing colors of the pool at night. * Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen, with pots, pans, and all the utensils you could need, you will be able to have a lot of fun cooking delicious meals with your friends and family. * Outdoor Area: The outdoor area is the star of this house, with a luxury pool, a comfy patio set covered with a big umbrella where you can sit and chat for hours enjoying the fire pit and the view of the pool, grill and an outdoor dining area for great BBQ's, followed by a game of mini-putt and corn-hole and of course, 2 chaise lounges for the tan lovers and 2 sundeck ledge loungers in the pool! * Extras: We also provide a pool float and 2 basketballs for the hoop so that everyone in your party has the best time! * Washer and Dryer available for use during your stay Guest access You will access with a Smart Lock. 4 cars fit can easily park on the circular driveway.
