Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All surfaces and bar area disinfected daily. Open doors to back loading dock area and double doors in front for more ventilation. Guests must sweep up after themselves and there will be a fee added of $100 if spills are abundant and no one cleans up after these spills.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Host an event, shoot video/ film, yoga, comedy, meetings, parties etc. We also have a lounge with a tiki bar in back with fridge and seating area opposite of an ideal artist work place to get messy or organized! Main gallery can be modified to your specs, and is separated by white curtains. Huge display windows on the lower part of Alabama promenade.

Street parking and 3 surrounding parking garages. Parking is free on MLK after7p. Open air parking deck on corner of Pryor and Wall St is directly left of Underground.

General Rules
Events lasting all evening are a flat $675 total. Minimum rental is one hour for $50. Over 4 hours we can discuss for mutually agreeable pricing.
No smoking, in gallery or out in main corridor. No cooking, pre-heated and prepared foods only. Cleaning is responsibility of renter or a cleaning fee of $100 will be added.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There are only Security cameras at Underground Atlanta.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
