About the Space
This intimate venue is perfect for smaller gatherings, with seating up to 50 comfortably at one time. With a lovely stage up front, those with musical or audio inclinations will love the plug-in-and-go situation we have established with our in-house system. All lights are dimmable to match desired effect, and decor is welcome. From girls' night to rehearsal dinners, short videos to business gatherings, this little gem is capable of all the above and more!

General Rules
Smoking is allowed on the patio only. We prefer you utilize our kitchen offerings, but are open to requests if there are items we cannot accommodate. All alcohol must be purchased through our venue per the licensing.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are onsite to monitor activity, only visuals - no audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Consistently sanitizing between seatings is done by our staff with an additional third party coming in frequently to service the space as a whole as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
