This newly updated beach property is new to Peerspace and is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, filming and other production needs. This inspirational space is completely updated and impeccably furnished. Lots of natural light, easy access to the beach, brand new chef's kitchen with open plan living area, bright and expansive lounge sunroom and an extra large deck with stunning beach views, lounge seating, fire pit, BBQ grill, awning for the sun and bar height dining table. This bright and creative home will elevate your meeting, photo shoot or any media production. The property is steps to one of the quietest and most secluded beaches in LA with lots of space and several beach volleyball courts. The property is perfectly located on the westside of LA, off the 90 & 405 Freeways. Close to LAX airport, without audio issues.

WOW WOW WOW. The photos don't do this stunning home justice. A truly spectacular space for a high end shoot. The proximity to the QUIET and clean beach is priceless. The hosts are beyond kind and accommodating. I could not recommend this location more and can't wait to be back!

Lizzie's space was perfect for our small group event. The space is as advertised and our group was able to split up into different areas to do their deep dive work. Lizzie was always very quick to respond to me when I had questions and she seamlessly transitioned communication to my manager since I was going to be out of town the week of our event. I absolutely luvved our time at this incredible beach location. The house is open, beautiful, and deliciously conducive for a transformational retreat. The location can't be beat: the ocean, canals and Marina channel are all within a block!

Gorgeous home, very clean, spacious, and with everything we needed (and more) to host an orientation meeting. Lizzie was very responsive and was there to greet us when we arrived. There are a lot of stairs, I might have missed this in the details but worth mentioning in case you need a more accessible space.
